We are delighted to report that the Resourcing Team celebrated more awards success at the Welsh HR Awards, which were postponed from 2020. The team collected two awards at a scaled back ceremony; Best HR Initiative for Richard Carter and Best HR Professional – Public/Third Sector, presented to Emma Turner.

Richard and his team were chosen for their work in transforming the recruitment process and offline activities, moving the entire solution to an end-to-end online process. The team created an efficient and engaging procedure, reducing the time for the onboarding process and the drop out of applicants was also positively impacted.

The improvements in applicant engagement has demonstrated the added value that this can have, reducing the applicant attrition at such a key stage of the process.”

These awards celebrate Wales’ best in-house teams, consultants, and HR industry experts for outstanding contribution to HR. Shining the spotlight on the achievements of these unsung heroes working behind the scenes to support businesses and organisations of all sizes.
